A truly wonderful experience with fantastic hosts who care about your well-being. They help with everything and offer pick-up service. Lovely lakes and volcanic landscape to explore with a bike rental. Quiet, charming wooden house at the edge of a village. Comfortable with a small onsen and delicious meals. Wifi works well.
Liked everything.

The food served during my weekend stay was good and they provided hot and cold meals. the hotel location was in a quiet and peaceful spot with a scenic view of the area. I had a comfortable stay in a spacious twin room that was cozy and was equipped with basic amenities.
The hotel was difficult to locate as the signs were not clearly marked, and the GPS was not helpful. the staff was not very responsive to my needs and requests, which led to a less enjoyable stay.

What a wonderful xmas stay! The hosts were very caring and helpful. I enjoyed the delicious Japanese dishes offered for breakfast and dinner. The location, although remote, allowed for a quiet and calm experience in nature. Exploring by bike was a great way to discover the nearby lakes and volcanic landscape. The wooden house was charming and comfortable. The natural onsen in the building was fantastic and very relaxing.
The location was quite remote and required a car or bike rental, which I didn't have. Also, it was difficult to find food or activities nearby, so it's important to book dinner ahead of time. Finally, the absence of a shower in the room was a bit inconvenient, but the onsen made up for it.
